  • What is low-cost organisational development consultancy?
Its professional organisational development support is offered at an affordable rate, designed to make expert guidance accessible to charities, CICs and groups with limited budgets.
  • Why offer consultancy at a lower cost?
I believe that every third sector organisation deserves the chance to grow, thrive, and adapt regardless of financial situation. Our mission is to make OD support equitable and inclusive.
  • Is the quality of support lower because it costs less?
Not at all. I provide high-quality, tailored consultancy. My low-cost model is about widening access, not reducing standards.
  • What kind of support do you offer?
I help with strategy development, culture change, leadership, team building, staff engagement, process improvement, and more.
  • How is pricing determined?
I offer a transparent, tiered pricing model based on your organisation’s size and resources. I’m also open to discussing what works for you. Please contact me for more details.
  • What if we need ongoing support?
I can design flexible, ongoing consultancy packages that suit your pace and budget. Whether that’s monthly check-ins, short bursts of support, or project-based.
  • How do we get started?
Contact me with a bit of information about your organisation and goals. We’ll arrange an initial conversation to explore how I can possibly help.
  • Do you offer support remotely or in person?
I offer both, depending on your location and preferences.
  • What does Pay-What-You-Can (PWYC) mean?
It means you choose how much you can afford to pay for the workshops.
  • Is there a suggested amount?
Yes, usually there is a suggested sliding scale to help guide your decision. However, you’re welcome to pay more, less, or nothing at all - no questions asked.
  • Why are you offering PWYC training?
I believe learning should be accessible to everyone. PWYC makes the workshops available to people of all backgrounds, supporting equity and community growth.
  • How do you cover the costs for the workshops?
I work as a development consultant which allows me to cover the costs of the workshop if people attending aren’t able to pay the amount to cover them.
  • Do I still get the full experience if I pay less or nothing?
Absolutely. Every participant receives the same high-quality training, materials, and support, regardless of how much they pay.
  • Can I pay more to support others?
Yes! Paying more helps cover costs and enables the workshop to be open to those with limited means. It’s a great way to pay it forward.
  • Are spots limited?
Yeah workshops do have limited capacity, so I encourage early booking.
  • Who can attend?
The PWYC payment model is for any one who works or volunteers in the third sector. It’s also open to creative individuals.
  • Is there a suggested amount?
Yes, there is a suggested sliding scale to help guide your decision. For bespoke courses the sliding scale starts to cover the costs of preparing and delivering the course. Those that pay over the minimum contribute to free spaces in the public workshops.
  • Do we still get the full experience if I pay the minimum?
Absolutely. Every group receives the same high-quality training, materials, and support, regardless of how much they pay.
  • Who can request tailored training?
Any third sector organisation, community group or creatives can request Pay-What-You-Can tailored training.
  • What skills do you offer through tailored training?
I have delivered over 100 different courses as a trainer. I can offer workshops that cover ‘business’ skills like project management, ‘soft’ skills like communication and IT skills like learning how to use spreadsheets. Please contact me with what you are looking to learn and we can discuss options.
